Privacy Policy

This explains what RizzKings collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: your chats and scores exist to run your training, AI providers process conversation text to generate replies and verdicts, we do not sell your data, and deleting your account deletes your data.
Who is responsible
RizzKings is operated by RockyPixels (PTY) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at info@rockypixels.com.
What we collect
- Your account identity from Google or Apple sign-in: name and email.
- What you do in the app: your conversations with AI partners, scores and verdicts, progress, streaks, challenge attempts, and settings.
- What you choose to upload: screenshots for analysis and answers you give during onboarding.
- Purchase state from the app store so your plan works.
- Usage analytics and crash reports so we can see what is broken and what is used.
What we use it for
To run the app: generating partner replies, scoring your conversations, remembering context between chats, tracking your progress, and enforcing plan limits. To improve the app: aggregate analytics about which features are used and where things fail. That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your conversations for advertising.
AI processing
Partner replies, scores and analyses are generated by third-party AI models, accessed via OpenRouter, which routes requests to model providers such as Google and OpenAI. Your conversation text and uploaded screenshots are sent to those providers to produce replies and verdicts. They process it to provide the service, under their own terms.
Services we rely on
Supabase hosts the database and sign-in. Cloudflare runs the servers. OpenRouter provides the AI models. PostHog collects product analytics events. Sentry collects crash reports. RevenueCat and your app store handle purchases. Each processes only what it needs for its job.
What we do not collect
No location tracking, no contact list, no advertising identifiers, no reading anything on your device beyond what you explicitly upload.
This website
rizzkings.com sets no cookies and keeps no record of who you are. If analytics is enabled, page views are counted anonymously, with nothing stored on your device.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept while your account exists so your history and progress work. Deleting your account in Settings permanently deletes your account data: conversations, scores, progress, uploads and profile. Purchase records may persist with the store and payment processors as required for billing and law.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of the public leaderboard in Settings. You can turn notifications off in Settings or at the system level. You can delete individual chats through Fresh Start where offered, and delete everything by deleting your account.
You also have the legal rights that apply where you live, including under South Africa's POPIA: to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have mistakes corrected, and to have your data deleted. Email info@rockypixels.com and we will act on it.
Security
Data moves over encrypted connections and lives in access-controlled infrastructure. All client access to data goes through our API with your signed-in identity checked on every request.
Children
RizzKings is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep an account for anyone under 18. If one is found it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this document changes with it and the updated date at the top moves. Meaningful changes will be called out in the app.
