Terms of Service

These terms are the deal between you and RizzKings. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. The short version: this is a training app, every partner in it is an AI character, be an adult, be decent, and billing is handled by the app store.

Who runs RizzKings

RizzKings is operated by RockyPixels (PTY) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa ("we", "us"). When these terms say RizzKings, they mean the app, this website, and the services behind them.

What RizzKings is

RizzKings is a practice app for conversation skills. You chat with AI characters, get scored feedback, and climb a ladder. Every partner in the app is artificial. No profile in the app belongs to a real person, and the app is not a dating or matchmaking service. Nothing in the app is professional advice; it is practice and coaching material.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzKings. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

Your account

You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Conduct and moderation

The app scores how you talk, and that includes crossing lines. Abusive or degrading messages can earn strikes from the in-app judge, and repeated strikes can get you blocked by a partner or suspended from the app. The judge's standards are part of the training: treating the AI characters the way you would treat a real person is the whole point.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through your app store account (Google Play on Android, and the App Store on iOS once the app is available there). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store; store trials that require a payment method convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.

Virtual items

XP, scores, streaks, tiers, tip tokens and similar in-app values are features of the app, not property or currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be rebalanced as the app evolves.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By submitting it you give RizzKings permission to process it in order to run the app: generating replies, scoring conversations, analysing screenshots you choose to upload, and improving the product. Upload only screenshots you have the right to share, and blur or crop other people's personal details.

AI-generated content

Replies, scores, verdicts and coaching notes are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, unfair or odd. They are opinions of a machine built for practice, not judgments about your worth, and not professional advice.

The service can change

RizzKings is actively developed. Features, scoring rules, partners and prices can change, and the service can be interrupted or discontinued. We will not pretend a beta is a utility; do not build anything load-bearing on it.

Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, RizzKings is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you use the app somewhere with consumer protections that the law says must apply to you, those protections still apply.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so and the updated date at the top of this page will move. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
